30-Day Free Return Policy - VNHOMEKITCHEN

Note: We are unable to accept returns for items with personalized Engrave names.

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items. To be eligible for a return, please keep the tags still attached and notify us of the reason for return. We will support you to exchange or return the item unconditionally.

How to Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please email us at support@vnhomekitchen.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. 

Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within a 11 days.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, please take a photo of the defective or damaged product and email it to us. We will process it quickly and send you the product as soon as possible.
